    Description

    V-Gel is manufactured by Himalaya. This gel possesses antimicrobial, antibacterial and antifungal properties, that is why it effectively treats vaginitis (inflammation and infection of the vagina or vulva) and cervicitis (inflammation of the cervix).

    The main ingredients include:

    - Satapatri works as antiviral which selectively inhibits the viral protease and thus reduces the maturation of the infectious progeny virus. Satapatri (Persian Rose) also has antibacterial properties that deals with gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria responsible for female reproductive tract infections;

    - Triphala acts as an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial agent that relieves irritation and kills bacteria in the female reproductive organs;

    - Ela (Elettaria cardamomum) reduces pain associated with vaginitis, cervicitis and leukorrhea.

    V-Gel is absolutely safe herbal topical medication used to treat infections, relieve itchiness, burning and swelling. V-Gel also stops vaginal discharge and prevents recurrent infections.

    Dosage

    V-Gel is an intravaginal gel.

    Apply 1 to 2 g twice per day with the calibrated applicator, for 1 to 2 weeks or till the symptoms are relieved.

    Clean the applicator with soap and warm water thoroughly and keep it dry for re-use.

    V-Gel can be used in pregnant and postnatal women.
